How many dogs can you walk at once?

Our mission is to provide one on one quality care for every client and this includes walks! We do accommodate multiple dog households and will work with you to customize your household needs.

My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?

We always put the safety and well being of our animals first. In an emergency we will always contact the primary and secondary emergency contacts first and accompany the animal to their designated vet if necessary. If an emergency contact cannot be reached we will act in the best interest of the animal.

Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?

At this time we do not offer our services for rare or exotic pets.

What is your dog walk cancellation policy?

Scheduled dog walks may be cancelled within a minimum of 24 hours of the assigned visit without penalty. Cancellation of your scheduled dog walk with less than 24 hours  notice will result in a full rate charge for our service.

What is your pet sitting cancellation policy?

All scheduled at-home pet sits require a minimum cancellation notice of 72 hours prior to your first scheduled at-home pet sit. The cancellation of your at-home pet sit with less than 72 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of your total at-home pet sit contract agreement.

How do I schedule a pet service?

If you are interested in our pet services please contact us to set up your meet and greet appointment! All new clients are required to complete a meet and greet prior to their first scheduled service. During the meet and greet we will discuss your service needs and complete all the necessary forms. Once you complete the client onboarding you will use our convenient Time to Pet app to schedule all of your future pet services!
